iPhone Update Released

The iPhone update has just been released on the AppStore

It includes:
- Fixed "Parallel Kingdom Requires location"
- Fixed app crashing during poor connectivity
- Much better error messages, it actually lets you know when things are going wrong.
- Improved stability
- Random other small fixes.

Android Update Released

Released today is a an update for Android available through the market.

This update includes:
-Fixed getting stuck at the "downloading data" screen.
-Fixed power consumption problem.
-Improved locating ability.

Parallel Kingdom Launch Day

Parallel Kingdom hit the stores around 12:00AM today. Many thanks to hundreds of players waiting to download it in the first 3 hours! There are now thousands of people playing Parallel Kingdom. Hopefully you can find the people around you playing the game and connect with them. Tell your friends with devices and we'll see which city can get the most Parallel Kingdom users playing. We also know there have been some connection troubles and we apologize for them. We just did a major server update that should hopefully fix some of the larger problems.

If you are still having problems please email:

Include this information and we will better be able to help you:
1. Your device type (Android, iPod Touch, iPhone).
2. A rough location of where you are located.
3. What you've tried or what doesn't work.

We also apologize for the late notice that we are only in the United States initially. The entire team is extremely sad about this as well, but please understand that being a location based game requires us to have a tremendous respect for your privacy and the laws of your country. Doing this properly will take time and as we work through each country, we'll keep you posted.

We also have noted that some players found a surprise: you actually have to move to play the game! Yes we know this is a new concept but please try to enjoy it :-)

Parallel Kingdom is Here!

I am happy to announce that today you can download Parallel Kingdom Age of Exploration from the AppStore or Android Market for FREE. We hope you enjoy exploring the world, killing each other, finding monsters, eating berries and sharpening your swords. We are sad to say that for legal reasons, this age is only available inside the United States. We know this is disappointing for many of you, and we are working hard to bring it to your country as soon as we can.

On November 7th, we will be launching the Parallel Kingdom online forum where you can share your strategies, insights, stories, and other amusing anecdotes with the Parallel Kingdom community.

Enough said, go out and have some fun! Find the Troodonts and slay the Dragons!

Announcing the Age of Exploration

Today we have some exciting news. On October 31st, 2008 the Parallel Kingdom Age of Exploration will be released! This is the first of many ages to come. This age will be a free that will run on any iPhone, iPod Touch, or Android Handset device. Parallel Kingdom uses location-based features to place the virtual world over the real world, where you can kill creatures, collect gold, and destroy your friends. We hope you enjoy this age, and look forward to many ages to come.

Its Here. iPhone 2.0

Today Apple Launched 3G iPhone and even more impressively iPhone 2.0 that will run Parallel Kingdom.

We have been working hard to bring you Parallel Kingdom on this upcoming iPhone. Hopefully many of you will get to beta test our iPhone application in the upcoming months. We can't wait to make your Parallel Kingdom experience a phenomenal one.
